Abstract:


'Tattilism', founded on January 14th, 1921 is an unexpected retreat towards the body, which is no longer the locus of "fast violent coitus", but the center of a renewed affectivity, capable of translating autobiographical experience into theory and creative experimentation. Synaesthesia, understood as anxiety to effectively penetrate the universe of senses, is an ancient heritage of this movement and entails its most intimate and crucial beliefs, characterized by a carefully calibrated disorientation, that is, by a 'deceit' that distinguishes its contradictory path.
